  • Sit straight and comfortably.
  • Do not lie down on a bed or sofa.
  • Avoid moving around or leaving in between the session.

Zoom Etiquette

  • Keep your camera ON.
  • Switch on camera & mic only when asking a question.
  • Keep mic muted at all other times.

Discipline

  • Sit in a quiet and clean place.
  • Join the session on time.
  • Do not eat food or do other activities during the session
