Terms and Policies for Participants

1. Medical Disclaimer and Participant Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in any Shiva Science Trust program is at your own risk. The information and practices provided are for educational and spiritual purposes and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• You give permission to the medical personnel, staff, and volunteers of Shiva Science Trust to administer any necessary first-aid treatment in an emergency.
• You are responsible for informing our team of any and all known medical conditions, allergies, or medication requirements prior to the start of the program.
• In the case of a medical emergency, you authorize our staff to seek and obtain professional medical attention on your behalf, and you consent to any required treatment in accordance with the diagnosis.
• You understand that any physical or emotional symptoms that may arise during or after a session are considered a natural part of the healing process and may not require medical intervention.

2. Registration and Refund Policy

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to program cancellation by you, non-attendance, or removal from a session due to a policy violation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, mantras, and proprietary techniques, is the exclusive intellectual property of Shiva Science Trust. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or public display of any of this content is strictly prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct. Any violation may result in your immediate removal from the program without a refund.

• You will not engage in any disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior, including shouting or screaming.
• You will not engage in self-promotion or marketing of your own practices, courses, or products to other participants.
• You agree to strictly follow all guidelines and instructions provided by the Shiva Science Trust staff throughout the program.
